These terms cover the Wysh app for iPhone and this website. Short, because there is not much to say.
Wysh is a daily practice: lines chosen for what you are carrying, a moment to reflect, a journal that stays yours. It is a companion, not a medical or mental-health service, and it does not replace care from a professional. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services.
You can use Wysh without an account. If you sign in, keep your sign-in method to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You must be at least 13 to create an account. You can delete it at any time in Settings, Account.
Wysh Premium is sold through Apple as an auto-renewing plan: weekly, monthly or yearly. Every plan starts with 7 free days, once per Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the trial ends, and the plan renews at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm and may vary by country.
Wysh Forever is a one-time purchase that unlocks Wysh on your Apple ID for good. It does not renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Restore Purchases in the app brings a plan back on a new phone.
Everything you write in Wysh stays yours. We store it only to show it back to you and to keep it when you change phones. We do not read it, share it or use it to train anything.
The lines, design and imagery in Wysh and on this site belong to Wysh. Share a line with a friend as much as you like; please do not copy the collection for commercial use.
Wysh is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate, available and kind, but we cannot promise it will always be any of those. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
The Forever plan at $99 is a launch-week price for waitlist members, valid for seven days from the public launch. It is a temporary price on the same Apple purchase; nothing is sold outside the App Store. One per person.
We may update these terms; the app will show you a notice before a change that matters. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
